Refunds
Intuitively HER will do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. The journals are “print on demand” and manufactured when the order is received. IF YOU RECEIVE A JOURNAL THAT IS DAMAGED, WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT COPY AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION BASED UPON PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE. Due to the nature of the print-on-demand manufacturing process, it is not economically feasible to accept returns on physical products. We may not require that damaged physical products be returned to us, nor do we guarantee returns will be accepted. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery. If your product is damaged during delivery, please email us and submit a picture of the damaged product. We will replace the product; however we are not responsible for covering the shipping fee of the replacement product. If a product is damaged, it may only be replaced for the same product you originally purchased.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
